The NPA Parking Consultants Council (PCC) formed by experienced parking consultants to offer leadership in improving the quality of planning and construction of parking facilities, thus providing a service to the public who uses them. Activities of the Parking Consultants Council include assistance in resolving technical problems, Building Code advisory assistance, and educational programs. A new Affiliate category is comprised of individuals at vendor organizations who provide products and services to parking consultants.
