Washington, DC (February 1, 2013)—The The National Parking Association (NPA) announces its 2013 Winter Leadership Forum, a parking industry executive forum on strategic leadership, finance/economics and business model strategies. The 2013 Forum will be held at The Breakers, Palm Beach, Fla., from Feb. 2-6. This year's event has NPA's second highest attendance on record.
