National Parking Association Hosts Industry Thought Leaders Forum Feb 4-8>
Washington, DC (February 1, 2012)—The National Parking Association today announced that Andrew Blair, president and CEO of Colonial Parking, Inc., Washington D.C. will address parking industry executives attending NPA’s annual Winter Leadership Forum—on service excellence, market share growth and transformational results in the parking industry.
The NPA Winter Leadership Forum is a prestigious thought leadership event that provides senior level executives first-hand insights into market trends affecting the parking industry. The forum provides expert briefings on financial markets, legal issues, technology, strategic growth and parking industry trends that affect asset management, innovation and growth. The NPA Winter Leadership Forum is scheduled for February 4-8 at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua, Maui. The event is sold out for 2012.
Blair has nearly 30 years of parking industry experience leading operations, organizational development, risk management, marketing and change management. Colonial Parking is a privately held, family-owned company based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with more than 225 parking locations.
Blair is a graduate of the University of Virginia. He is a member of the NPA board of directors and is a past NPA chairman of the board. He serves on NPA’s Governance Advisory Council. He is the chairman of the board of Children’s National Medical Center Foundation, past chair of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce and is active in local community organizations throughout the Washington, D.C. area.
