Washington, DC (October 22, 2012)—The National Parking Association (NPA) has announced the release of a North American study to analyze trends, purchasing, buying power and preferences in technology among parking industry professionals. The report signals technology adoption trends across each sector of the parking industry, including private, public, college and university segments. The report also signals emerging adoption of mobile marketing and pay technologies.
“More and more, the parking industry is combining high tech with high touch customer service,” says NPA President Christine Banning, CAE, in announcing the survey results. “In today’s parking marketplace, that means advances in revenue control, access control mobile payment, and mobile marketing.”
