This division comprises owners and operators of private commercial parking facilities in the United States and Canada. If parking revenues represent your company's primary source of income, you must join as a Regular member. If your company derives its income from parking, but is a subsidiary of a non-parking company, the parking company subsidiary must join as a Regular member. Valet companies qualify for Regular membership. This is a corporate category that covers all full-time employees.
Annual Regular member dues are based on the following scale:

NPA's Board of Directors requests Regular members to complete and sign an annual worksheet certifying their number of locations or localities. Instead of locations, valet companies determine dues by their number of operating contracts. Information reported is based upon the honor system.
This division is comprised of non-profit organizations, parking administrators for municipalities and government agencies, parking authorities, hospital and medical centers, colleges and universities, libraries, airports, civic centers and sports arenas. This is an organizational membership that covers all full-time employees. Annual dues are $395.
Companies in this division represent manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of products and services used by the parking industry. This is a corporate category that covers all full-time employees. Annual dues are $595.
This division is comprised of parking operators headquartered outside of the United States or Canada with no parking operations or subsidiaries within the United States or Canada. Any subsidiary of a commercial parking operator company headquartered within the United States or Canada is required to join as a Regular member at U.S. rates. This is a corporate category that covers all full-time employees. Annual dues are $525.
This division is available to planners, developers, designers, consultants, commercial real estate owners/managers, hotels, shopping centers, and to those who do not fit into the other categories. Associate membership is not available for private commercial parking operators, colleges, universities, or suppliers. This is an individual membership. Annual dues are $310.
This division is available to fulltime college and university students interested in a career in the parking industry or specializing in architecture, building design, engineering, or real estate development. A copy of the student's curriculum or identification card must accompany the application form. This is an individual membership. Annual dues are $50.
Composed primarily of engineers, consultants and architects, these members produce a wide range of technical publications for the NPA. Subjects include design, construction and maintenance of parking facilities, recommended guidelines for zoning ordinances, and other issues of importance to traffic engineers, state and municipal officials, urban planners and parking executives. Applicants for this division must complete an extensive application which includes descriptions of projects completed and professional references. Please contact NPA for more information.
