How to Make Hotel Reservations

Seaport World Trade Center and the Seaport Hotel

To make reservations at the Seaport Hotel, just call 1-877-732-7678 and indicate you are booking for the National Parking Association convention to receive the group rate of $249 (single or double, per night -- please note that in addition to the room rate there is an occupancy tax of 14.45% and a $3 per night service inclusive charge). You can also book online by going to www.seaportboston.com and entering Group Code NP1011. The cut-off date for reservations is Friday, September 10, 2010. After this date, room availability and the group rate cannot be guaranteed. The Seaport Hotel will extend the NPA group rate three days before and after the NPA room block (October 7-14, 2010), based upon availability.

Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel




A limited number of rooms is also being held at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, located one block from the Seaport Hotel. The group rate at this hotel is $255 (single or double, per night, plus applicable taxes). The cut-off date for reservations at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront is Monday, September 13, 2010.

The discounts will be valid October 7-18, 2010, for travel to the Boston, MA area. To take advantage of the discounts, please use the following Promotion Code: 36H0AX. When you book using this promotion, you will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable eligible published air fare. AAdvantage members accrue mileage and upgrades are allowed, subject to the rules of the AAdvantage program. Please note there will be a separate ticketing charge of $20 USD per ticket for tickets purchased via the phone or $30 USD per ticket for tickets purchased at the airport. Parking Show of Shows Amtrak Discount

Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the best available rail fare to Boston, Mass., between the above dates. Includes travel up to three days prior to the convention start date and three days following the last day of the meeting. To book your reservation call Amtrak at 800.872.7245or contact your local travel agent. Please refer to Convention Fare Code X64C-989 when making your reservation. Convention fares cannot be booked via Internet. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela service. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures, seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts.
