 1. Username and Password Are Case Sensitive.

Use the following information in your FTP application to connect to the NPA Buyers Guide FTP Directory and to Upload your files.

Please create a directory with your company name to contain all your files.

user: npapark
pass: npapark

2. What program should you use for FTP transfers?

If you do not already have one, you will need to download an application that is designed specifically for FTP Transfers such as the applications listed below.

For Macs:
Please download "CyberDuck".

For Windows:
Please download "FileZilla".

3. Not Able to Connect to the TGD FTP Server?

If you are having trouble connecting, it may be due to a firewall. In such instances, setting your FTP application to use "passive" mode may help. If you need additional assistance, please email us with specific details about your connection issues.
