NPA announced the winners of its first ever Innovation Awards at the Annual Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, October 16, 2012:
- Innovator of the Year: Darlene Bunton, Director of Parking Services at the University of Cincinnati.
- Innovative Parking Facility of the Year: The Wave, Mixed-Use Parking Structure by Timothy Haahs & Associates.
- Innovative Sustainability Project of the Year: Propark America for their Canopy Airport Project.
- Innovative Organization: T2 Systems, Inc. for Texas A&M University.
